For years, hotel owners and other hospitality companies have enjoyed the fruits of cheap Hispanic labor.
But their overwhelming majority amongst hotel workers, coupled with increasing solidarity backed up by union muscle and political support, is resulting in a wave of labor protests in the hotel industry.
